ProX-motion is a software application that is specially designed for CNC-applications and is
a client-oriented operating system. It is a universal machine operating system that now offers
the possibility of combining a number of processes in one production cycle that is normally
carried out separately.
ProX-motion responds to the need for smart production solutions with which high-quality products
can be produced at low costs.

The operating system can be extended to a complete
manufacturing line wherein processes such as punch,
set/form, cut and such like can be combined in one line.
Various tools are independently operated from the CNC
operating system by means of hydraulic/pneumatic and/or
mechanical couplings.
It is also possible to include machining operations on this line such as drill, tap, countersink,
sharpen and saw. With the contour process plasma arc cutting is, for example, an interesting
option on the combined process line.

ProX-motion is a universal CNC machine operating system that offers the possibility of carrying out
a number of processes within one production cycle in both semimanufactured as well as end product.
The programme is upon installation specifically geared to the machine- and processing types.
The programming of ProX-motion is easily carried out via ISO-codes or via every possible Cadcam
coupling. Easywriter is a Cadcam coupling developed by Novako Techniek. Easywriter enables you
to simply and rapidly, via a tools cluster from a process library, to write CNC programmes.
The programming of ProX-motion can be taught in one day.
It is possible to measure the press-pressure or process-variables in the course of the operation.
Each process is logged and controlled on adjustable below- and above values.
In this way production errors are measured and can be directly acted on in the production.
